How To Open Dispute in Paypal

I invested in elebux even it's a new site, because it's look promising to me. In my calculation, with investing $30 to upgrade and rent referal for a month, i will get about $60 or more because their RR have 2+ average. The worst scenario is if elebux gone to be a scam, i still can get my money by open dispute in paypal, even i never had an experience to did this.

And, the worst scenario was happened. Elebux's gone, even the site still accessible. So, before too late, i login to paypal and go to Resolution Center. I hit "Dispute a Transaction" button. Choose "item dispute" radio button and choose the transaction that be a problem for me, and explain to paypal what happened.

Paypal asking for time to investigate the case, about 30 business days. They want to hear from the seller. After that, if needed, i must provide transaction detil. So, all i can do is waiting.

After 10 days, i get good news from Paypal. They have concluded their investigation into my case and have decided in my favor. Paypal recover and credited my $30 investment to elebux, without needed any proof from me. And, here is my money.
