JPBux Scam ..., or Not ?

More than a half month I request payment from JPBux. But, still yet not been paid. Their forum still down and so much complain / negative feedback for this site. is JPBux scam or not?

In the past, JPBux known as paying site. When they upgrade the sript (with good looking layout one), they start many problem. Even, PTC investigation move jpbux to scam list. So, what's the conclussion?

I personally have great expectation that they not turn to scam, because they have good layout. Hope they will pay me and start the business in the right way. But, in the next week they still not pay me, i decide to move JPBux to the scam list. So, what's your experience with this site?
